I strongly believe that through posture practice and mindfulness of your breathing during the day, you could minimize the influx of air into our lungs, breathe by the use of our natural filters all day and night, and breathing out, this cleansing our filters with each exhale.

When you breathe less, you inhale far less bacteria, toxins and viruses. When you breathe out your nose, you’ll be driving them out. This is the very first line of protection.
